What we collect
If you call, text, or email us, we receive the contact and property details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the work. When you submit the estimate form, it is sent over an encrypted connection to this site's own server, which passes it to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system we use to receive and manage inquiries. GoHighLevel acts as our processor: it handles the information on our behalf and for our purposes, not its own. What is sent is what you typed (your name, email address, phone number, the city your property is in, the service you are asking about, and your description of the work) together with the fact that you ticked the acknowledgement box, the page you sent it from, and the time you sent it. The form does not place your details in a web address. We use it to reply to you, schedule a site walk, and price the work, and for nothing else.
How this site works technically
This site is static HTML served from Cloudflare's network, which acts as our hosting provider and processes standard connection information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time of request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site uses one small item of essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice. It does not set advertising cookies, and it does not load analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, or embedded third-party content unless you choose to allow optional technologies and such technologies are added to the site.
Optional technologies and your privacy choices
The Privacy Choices control in the footer lets you choose Essential Only or Allow Optional at any time. No optional technology loads before you choose, and choosing Essential Only keeps it that way. This site honors the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, optional technologies stay off and the Allow Optional option is not offered. The estimate form is not an optional technology; it sends only what you type, only when you press the button. If analytics or advertising measurement is added, this notice will be updated to name the provider and purpose before it is used.
How information is used and shared
Contact and project information is used to communicate with you about your property and to perform the work. We may share it with people working on your job for us and with service providers that handle our phone, text, email, scheduling, or invoicing. Inquiries sent through the form are received and stored by GoHighLevel on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep contact and project records for as long as needed to serve you, keep business and tax records, and handle any dispute, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by calling (678) 846-3195 or emailing S5earth@yahoo.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If you are a California resident, California law may give you additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing; the choices above and the contact methods here are how to exercise them.
Notice at collection, children, and changes
This page is our notice of the categories of information collected through this site (contact details, property details, technical log data, and your privacy choice), the purposes (responding, scheduling, pricing, performing work, and operating the site), and the retention described above. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. This notice was last updated when the estimate form was connected to GoHighLevel; it will be updated again if the vendors or practices change. Questions: (678) 846-3195 or S5earth@yahoo.com, S5 Earthworks LLC, Winder, Georgia.
